Sawmill Production Worker Needed

Job Description:

This is a full-time position. Hours are 7 am—4:30 pm Monday through Friday.

Job duties include:

  • operating a wheel loader and forklift

  • assisting in the daily mill operations

  • stacking lumber

  • sorting lumber by grade and size

  • strapping bundles of lumber

  • assisting in cleanup of debris

Qualifications:

  • Must be dependable and hardworking.

  • Chainsaw experience is preferred but not necessary.

  • Must have the ability to learn and apply safety rules to job duties.

  • Must be able to read a tape measure and perform basic math.

Logging—Skidder operator needed


Job Description:

This is a full-time position. Job is on-the-road at multiple locations per year. The average hours on the job are 6 am - 3 pm.

Job duties include:

  • Operating skidder

  • Perform basic daily maintenance of skidder

  • Run chainsaw if needed

  • Transfer trees from woods onto landing to get processed


Qualifications:

  • Experience is preferred, but we are willing to train.

  • Must have a valid driver’s license.

  • Ability to follow directions

  • Is Self-motivated

  • Has the ability to learn and apply safety rules to job duties

  • Can communicate well with others

Logging—Loader operator needed


Job Description:

This is a full-time position. Job is on-the-road at multiple locations per year. The average hours on the job are 5 am - 3 pm.

Job duties include:

  • Operating loader

  • Maintaining basic maintenance of loader

  • Running chainsaw if needed

  • Delimbing trees

  • Bucking tree into logs

  • Loading log trailers

  • Communicating with log truck dispatcher

  • Perform basic daily maintenance of loader


Qualifications:

  • Experience is preferred, but we are willing to train.

  • Must have a valid driver’s license.

  • Ability to follow directions

  • Is Self-motivated

  • Has the ability to learn and apply safety rules to job duties

  • Can communicate well with others.
